3-2-1 Startup Program **

Designed to give you the best possible start in the gym, this program offers accountability and the experience of having your own trainer for your first 21 days with us.  Equally beneficial for those wanting a trainer and those working towards exercising independently.  

  • Week 1 - three workouts with a trainer

  • Week 2 - two workouts with a trainer

  • Week 3  - one workout with a trainer 

  • Includes initial InBody scan 

  • Cost: $321

Regular training options

Pay as you go:

Sold in 4-week blocks* 

  • 1x/week (4 sessions) $240

  • 2x/week (8 sessions) $440 

  • 3x/week (12 sessions) $600  

* Additional pricing options available for 12-week blocks of training  

By the session:

  • $65 / hour session

  • $45 / half-hour session  

Our Trainers

Kevin Zeff, ACSM CPT

With a lifelong love of all things gym, Kevin first got started in the industry in 2000 with an exercise science degree from Liberty University, followed by graduate studies at Virginia Tech in clinical exercise physiology.  Kevin has continued to develop his lifelong passion for fitness for over twenty years in multiple settings including six years as an exercise physiologist in the Florida Keys followed by over 14 years with Carilion Clinic as an Exercise Physiologist, Supervisor, and most recently, Director of Operations for Carilion Wellness.   He most enjoys helping people discover the benefits of strength training and helping them find new ways to challenge themselves.

Colton Gauman, CSCS, USAW - L2

Since earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Lynchburg, Colton has spent the past decade working in private and collegiate sports performance, personal training, and rehabilitation. His knowledge and experiences are reflected in his versatility and interdisciplinary approach towards training. Above all, he is committed and passionate for helping others find consistency and excitement in their health and fitness.
